The buildings potential was to convert the barn into six separate dwellings with all the benefits of a rural lifestyle, the issue being to discuss and negotiate with planning authorities that the buildings had no further agricultural or commercial use and would make a ideal residential development.

With this opportunity we had to address the following:

An existing dwelling on a large plot with the potential for two new builds dwellings and the extension and refurbishment of the existing dwelling. The issue being to discuss and negotiate with planning authorities that the buildings had no adverse bearing on existing street scene, neighbours, and to establish access and design principles.

With this opportunity we had to address the following:

The buildings potential was to convert a Grade two star redundant hotel into ten individual apartments with all the benefits of a truly special building, the issue being to discuss and negotiate with planning authorities that the buildings had no further viable commercial use and would make an ideal residential development. The building was on the at risk register with English Heritage.

With this opportunity we had to address the following:
